Baby and Children photography
1. Please be puntcual with the studio appointment so that the photographer has enough time to do that shoot.
2. Liability : We take every reasonable care will be taken with the memory cards ,lap-tops, portable hard-disks and all other softcopy and hardcopy mediums, etc. Our liability, however, in the case of accident / power failure / technical & mechanical breakdowns / inherent damage or loss will be a full refund of the last deposit or partial payment made.
3. Photos Selection Schedule & Extention : Clients must revert with the photo order selections list within 2 weeks ( 14 days )upon receiving the online preview link via email or SMS. If more time is needed for selection, Clients must put the request in writing, and subject to our time availability, provision and arrangement.
4. Collection Schedule : Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for viewing previews Photos on-line. And after receiving your selection order(s), allow about another 2 – 3 weeks for completion and collection of the prints and CD discs, and other related products.Items NOT collected within 60 day s, from the time of notification by emails and SMS, will be discarded accordingly.
5. Mode of Payment & Deposit Policy : A 50% Booking deposit is required to confirm the studio session. The balance payment is to be before on the actual day of the shoot.
6. Deposit are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation ( and postponement ) of booking is not allowed, if the notice is given lesser than 7 days.
7. Portfolio usage : We may use the clients use photos for the purpose of samples / promotions without prior consent.
